In the first place, because we defend a volunteer that is prepared, professionalized and avant-garde to successfully face the educational and social objectives that we propose in all our programs. Secondly, because training is another educational element for the young people who work with the Don Bosco Confederation, as well as an element of cohesion, growth and development for the entity itself.
The activities we carry out are, among others:

The beneficiaries are the volunteers of our entities with ages between 18 and 35 years oldand it is carried out thanks to the work of volunteers helped by hired people.
